Here at Easy Aquariums we aim to provide Maine and New Hampshire with a premium aquarium and exotic pet supply experience. The store was established in December of 2012 in Gorham Maine. In 2020 the store passed over to the new owner Dr. Julia Lucas.  Dr. Julia and her husband, Anthony, are originally from Australia, have been ardent aquarium and exotic pets keepers their whole lives.  Dr. Lucas, is a licensed veterinarian and is deeply passionate about pet care for all species.

Over the years Easy Aquariums has compiled a team of HIGHLY qualified experts to run and operate the store.  Larisa, our amazing general manager, holds the whole operation together and keeps things flowing smoothly. Nathan, our animal health care manager, holds a degree in Aquaculture and Aquarium Science from the University of New England and his experience and expertise have helped us establish a complete quarantine system, ensuring the happiest and healthiest fish for you. While we no longer offer in home maintenance, we still offer free water testing, advice, and will gladly refer you to other service providers in your area.

 

Our stores offer a vibrant selection of live corals, saltwater and freshwater aquarium animals, plants, and so much more! We continue to make reverse osmosis deionized water (RODI) in store  and also offer premixed saltwater in addition to a multitude of live and frozen foods.

 

In addition to it's large saltwater and fresh water sections, the Westbrook Maine location also offers a growing selection of reptiles and amphibians. This is in addition to feeders, bedding materials, and everything else you may need to create a beautiful bioactive vivarium for your coldblooded family members. Our Portsmouth New Hampshire location offers a plethora of freshwater invertebrates including crayfish, shrimps, crabs, and more. It also provides access to one of the largest selections of aquatic plants in New England. All fish at both locations are quarantined to ensure the healthiest and happiest creatures for most any aquarium!
